Altitude is pleased to announce our new integration partner, Seekom.  Seekom is a New Zealand based hospitality technology company supporting hotels, property management companies, motels and holiday parks with a cloud-based Property Management System, iBex, as well as revenue management tools and sales channel management.  

Earlier in the year, Altitude’s Solutions Director and Founder, Anthony, presented at the Seekom Conference in Wellington, New Zealand. 

Anthony covered key industry topics such as self-service technology, the different solutions available and the broad range of benefits operators can expect after implementing digital solutions.

Altitude now supports operators using Seekom’s property management system with Guest App and Self-Service Kiosk.

We caught up with Bernie, Seekom’s Business Development Manager to chat about where he sees benefits for Seekom customers using Altitude’s digital solutions.

Tell us a bit about Seekom and your customers. 

“Seekom turned 19 this year. With 2500 properties world wide using the complete solution along with our own integrated Channel manager Seekom is New Zealand’s largest PMS/Channel Manager provider leading the way with automation and integrations. Our valuable customers come from a large variety of accommodation providers, Hotels, Motels, Holiday Parks and Property Management Companies.

For over four years now Seekom has partnered with Hospitality New Zealand to fully support the accommodation industry in New Zealand.”

Where do you see the future of technology in hospitality heading?  

“The team at Seekom acknowledge total automation is now required moving forward. Guests expect the booking process to be absolutely seamless along with fast and efficient check in upon arrival at the property.”

How do you feel digital solutions will support your customers?  

“If properties are refurbishing or doing a new build we need to offer the latest in technology to assist with total automation. We are very excited to join with Altitude to offer the latest solutions for contactless check-in and keyless entry. With these new integrations customers will have a much better guest experience.”

Where do you see the key opportunities for your operators for implementing technology? 

“With Seekom’s recent integrations, customers can expect a more enjoyable guest experience from first booking, checking in, during stay, upgrades and then departure, without delay.  Reduced costs will be the outcome with less wages and staff required when you automate your processes.  Now is the time to future proof your business by changing to a progressive company taking automation seriously.”
