How it works

Guests complete their arrival journey through the Guest App and receive secure mobile or wallet key access directly on their device. 

Once activated, guests can unlock their room using their phone, creating a faster and more seamless arrival experience. 

Mobile Key Access also supports shared guest access and flexible configuration based on your property.
