How long does it take to get Altitude up and running?

Depending on which plan you select and any customisation, Altitude can be up and running in your property in just a few weeks.

Can I manage my own content?

Absolutely, Altitude has been designed with you in mind.  Our easy-to-use CMS allows you to customise and update your solutions in real-time. 

Are there any other costs involved?

Aside from the subscription costs of your plan, you may have additional costs from features with an '*' due to integration. 

If you are implementing a Self-Service Kiosks, there are one-off hardware costs, and onboarding or setup fees, depending on your plan. 

Is the app downloaded or web-based?

Our plans include our web-based app, but you can upgrade to a native app for guests to download and use mobile keys, the choice is yours!

If I already have hardware, can I just use the software?

Altitude has been designed so that you can build your own kiosk depending on your existing hardware and your ideal guest experience.
